Terms of Service

1. Who we are (and who we are not)

This site is an independent, unofficial service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. We act as a purchasing agent: after your crypto payment confirms, we buy an official gift subscription at claude.ai/gift and forward the redemption link to your email.

2. The service

• Products: Claude Pro, Max 5x, and Max 20x gift subscriptions for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Fulfillment is manual and human-performed. Delivery SLA: within 12 hours of on-chain payment confirmation.
• The redemption link is delivered by email. Redemption itself happens on claude.ai and is subject to Anthropic’s own terms.
• Gift codes expire 365 days after purchase and are redeemable on the web version of claude.ai only.

3. Payments

• Payments are collected in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments and are irreversible once sent.
• The full price breakdown (base gift price, our markup, estimated payment fee) is shown before you pay.
• Invoices that expire unpaid are cancelled automatically; nothing is owed.

4. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which is part of these terms. Disputes: email us first with your order ID; we respond within 48 hours and resolve against the payment records and purchase receipts logged for your order.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide a correct, monitored email address — it is the delivery channel.
• Send the exact invoice amount; underpayments delay the order.
• Use the service for personal gifts, not bulk resale or fraud. We may refuse and refund orders at our discretion.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for Anthropic’s service availability, plan features, or changes to their gift program after redemption.
