Refund policy
Crypto payments are irreversible, so this written policy is your consumer protection. We treat it as a core feature of the service, not boilerplate.
You get a full refund (minus network fee) if:
- Your gift is not delivered within 12 hours of your payment reaching “finished” status.
- The redemption code is invalid or already redeemed when it arrives, and you report it within 48 hours of delivery. We verify against our purchase receipt from claude.ai/gift.
No refund:
- After the code has been successfully redeemed.
- If you sent funds to a wrong address or on a wrong network outside the NOWPayments invoice flow.
How refunds are paid
- In the same cryptocurrency you paid with, minus the network transaction fee.
- To a refund address you provide by replying to any of our order emails.
- We record the refund transaction hash on your order and email it to you.
Underpaid orders
If the invoice receives less than the full amount (common with exchange withdrawal fees), the order is held as underpaid. You can top up the remaining amount, or request a refund of what was received (minus network fee).
