Privacy policy

What we collect

• Email addresses — yours, and optionally a recipient’s, used only for order updates and gift delivery.
• Order data — plan, duration, price, timestamps, and payment status events reported by NOWPayments (kept for dispute resolution).
• IP address at order creation, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

• No card data — payments are crypto-only and handled by NOWPayments.
• No KYC data — we don’t ask for identity documents unless legally required for a specific dispute.
• No tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie on this site is the admin session cookie for our own staff.

How it’s protected

• Gift codes are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only for the delivery email and admin fulfillment view.
• All traffic is HTTPS.
• Payment webhooks are signature-verified before anything is stored.

Third parties

NOWPayments processes your payment (they see the transaction and the order ID). Our email provider (Resend) processes delivery emails. Neither receives more data than needed for those functions.

Deletion

Email us with your order ID to request deletion of your personal data. We retain minimal order/payment records where needed for dispute or legal obligations.
